Cracklin' Cooking Demonstration

Knowing that Vermilion Parish is considered the 'Most Cajun place on Earth', Friends of Palmetto wanted to treat park patrons to an event that was unique to our culture. As every family has their own traditions and techniques related to cooking and eating cracklins, we decided to invite a few locals to show off their skills and share their traditions in an effort to keep this art alive. More Info
