We had extras! James & Yvette Menard prepared Wings, Chef Ted Bourque provided Beignets, Robbie Meaux grilled Boudin and pork and deer sausage on the cajun wok, Brandon Melancon fried fresh cut Sweet Potatoes, Calab Arnold cooked Jambalaya and George Harrington prepared fried smoke sausage.
Members of Latanier Cookers provided tasty Dutch Oven desserts.
