We had extras! James & Yvette Menard prepared Wings, Chef Ted Bourque provided Beignets, Robbie Meaux grilled Boudin and pork and deer sausage on the Cajun wok, Brandon Melancon fried fresh cut Sweet Potatoes and Cinnamon wheels and Danny Meaux cooked Jambalaya.
Thanks to the cracklin cooks for the extra they shared too!
17 Members of Latanier Cookers and other Dutch Oven Chapters provided 18 different tasty Dutch Oven desserts. Pineapple Coconut Surprise, Lemon Cake, Cherry Cobbler and more.
